What’s in your ’run because’?

I run because of...
the endorphins
the pounding of the cadence
the heart pounding
the freedom
the adventure
the fitness
the outdoors
the "me" time
how it makes me feel - happy!
the challenge
meeting other athletes along the way
therapy-time with good friends

What's in your 'run because'? Thanks for visiting! ~jane
